To determine size:

Use a flexible tape measure and wrap it snugly around your wrist. Or wrap a string around your wrist, mark the circumference, and measure the length with a ruler. Do not add any extra length–it’s already built in to the bracelets.

Returns/exchanges

If your item does not fit, please contact us about an exchange. You are responsible for shipping to return the items to us; please include $3 to cover shipping of the replacement item(s). Exchange items will not be shipped until the original item is returned to us in original condition.

Need a different than what's listed?

We are happy to work with you and make your item just right for you. Click here to tell us what you need. Custom orders may have longer processing times, especially if requested materials are not in stock.

How fast will I get my order?

Processing time (time to create your product) is 5-7 days. This does not include shipping time. If you absolutely need your item faster, please contact us before ordering to make sure we can complete your order within the timeframe.

You will be charged a $5 rush fee on top of the product cost. We also very highly recommend purchasing Priority Shipping for speed and tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Contact us for a shipping quote. We also recommend making a combined order with friends and splitting the shipping cost.

Be aware that COVID has affected international shipping times. Orders are taking longer to reach their destinations.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment (including credit cards) through Paypal and Square.
