Our company handcrafts all products within 5-7 days. Oftentimes, orders process faster than that, but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

Made to Order vs. Pre-Made

Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship, or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.

Both are handmade, but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take 5-7 days to be created for you.

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

Care for your new product(s) by:

* Paracord and chew beads can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Do not clean in dishwasher.

Your product(s) can be damaged if:

* Chewed or burned [paracord]

* It gets wet [charms/pendants, metal clips]

* A piece is chewed or broken off [Chew Jewels]

* Overstretched [beaded fidget bracelets]

* Used in a way for which it was not intended


Please use our size chart to prevent errors in ordering. If a wrist measurement falls between two sizes or you are unsure which of two sizes to order, choose the bigger size.

You are welcome to include a wrist measurement with your order and we will select the right size or custom-size your order in the measurement falls outside of our standard sizes.

Size of bracelet = wrist size; some slack is built in for comfort, so order size according to actual wrist size.

S/M – 6 inches, generally ages 5-10

L – 7 inches, generally ages 11+

XL – 8 inches, adults and larger kids

2XL – 9 inches


Many of our products can be customized by colors, length, etc.

Cost Calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.


Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 5-7 days to be handmade. If you need your product by a specific date, include a note with your order to let us know when it’s needed, or contact us to be sure we can meet your deadline.

You may need to pay for priority shipping to ensure your products get to you in time.


Our return policy is valid for 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Personalized and/or custom-order goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Clearance items

* Add-on items

* Play dough

* Chewable necklaces

* Diffuser jewelry that has been used

We will not send replacement items or issue a refund until the item(s) has been received by us. If an item not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only a partial refund will be granted, at our discretion.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different size, please contact us first and we will give you return instructions. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs to return the item. We also require a payment of $3.00 (payable by cash or Paypal) for us to send your replacement item to you.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You are responsible for purchasing tracking for the package at your discretion.
